Shipping and Policies

 

1. When will my order be processed?  

In an effort to keep a good balance between my family life and business, all Orders placed between Friday at 12:00am EST and by Sunday night at 11:59pm EST will be processed on the Tuesday of the same week.  All orders placed between Monday morning at 12:00am EST and Thursday at 11:59pm EST will be processed on Friday of the same week.

2. How long will shipping take?

This is primarily based on product type AND my processing time. See below for expected shipping after order has been processed (see #1 for processing schedule)

  • Prints: Most items are printed to order.  All prints are printed and shipped USPS Priority Mail, from the Washington D.C. area.  Please expect delivery 3-5 business days after your order has been processed (See #1for processing schedule). 
  • Mugs, Tote Bags and Baby Blankets: After our order has been processed (See #1), these items are printed in the U.S. and ready for shipment (ship date) in approximately 3-4 business days. Items generally arrive at their desired location within 2-5 business days of ship date. In the unlikely event of a delay, I'll inform you by e-mail and we can discuss our options.
  • Wall Canvas: Wall canvases are created in the U.S. and after your order has been processed (See #1), please expect up to 7-10 business days to receive your canvas in the mail.

3. Do you ship outside the united states?

My shop is currently only able to accommodate orders within the United States of America.  However, if there is an item that you would really like to purchase and you are outside of the States, please feel free to email me at molly@poppyandmintdesign.com and I would be happy to talk to you about shipping costs and the schedule of making that happen! 

4. What are your return and exchange policies? 

Please contact me before taking any measures to return an item and we can work together to rectify the situation! :) If the following occur, I am happy to accept a return:

  • If you require a cancellation of your order before your item is processed (refer to #1 for processing days), I have no problem giving you a full refund at your request. 
  • If the item has been processed/shipped, I would require that you send the item back  (unopened & unused within 7 days of delivery receipt) and you are responsible for the shipping costs to the Washington D.C. area. Custom items can not be returned.
  • If your item(s) where damaged during shipping, please send me pictures and I will do my best to help!  I aim to get a product in your hands that you love so know that I am always willing to help with any issues of this kind!

(Please note that customized items can NOT be cancelled or refunded after their processing date)

To complete your return, you will need to provide a receipt or proof of purchase. A copy of the one sent to your email when placing your order will suffice.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs and sales taxes are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. I can't guarantee that I'll receive your returned item.


REFUNDS (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, I'll contact your via email to let you know that I've received your returned item. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.  Note that refunds can take from 14 days up to a full month to show in your credit card statement.


SALE ITEMS (if applicable)
All sales on discounted items are final and therefore, sale items cannot be returned or refunded. 


EXCHANGES (if applicable)
I can only process an exchange if your item is defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send me an email with pictures documenting the item's condition and a note as to why the item needs to be exchanged and we can continue the conversation from there.
