Holiday Envelope Address Art Series: Technique #4

Today's Technique #4 is more simplistic...lettering focused!

I love utilizing my Crayola SuperTips because they are such an inexpensive way to brush letter...who doesn't love that?!

Here's a sneak peek of the envelope...and a shot of the sparkle detail that we get with the Spectrum Noir Sparkle Pen!

As far as steps for this envelope - it really is just lettering so I'm going to skip that section of the post, link you to the materials I used and then get your right to the video!

Hope you have a great weekend everyone and I'll be back on Tuesday with the final techniques! :)

Molly

P.S. One thing I realized after finishing the envelope's filming is that if you add the Distress Glaze over top of the silver sparkles - it REALLY mutes them.  If you don't want to lose that shimmer (that's the point, #amiright, I think I would take the chance with the weather through the post and only put the glaze on the portion of the names in green, not overtop the silver.

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Plus,

  • A White Envelope or Cardstock to create your own envelope (Refer to Technique #1's post on how to use an Envelope Punch to do this!
